Who is Ashley Richardson-George? ARG, for short, is a storyteller who has crafted brand's narratives for over 15 years to reflect the humanity of their identity. Her passion is cultural awareness with an emphasis on equity and inclusion for brands. It is that advocacy that creates campaigns which are authentic, multicultural, far reaching, impactful and visionary for brands voices to be heard. ARG wears a few hats at Circus Maximus within their executive ranks as a Partner and Chief of Content at Circus Maximus, where she plays a pivotal role in the company's leadership. In addition to her responsibilities as Chief of Content, she also contributes to new client acquisition, demonstrating her multifaceted expertise. Some of the prestigious clients she has collaborated with include La Colombe, Shake Shack, Gillette, Fireball, Grand Marnier, Always, Hu Kitchen, and many more.
Beyond her corporate accomplishments, ARG is dedicated to furthering diversity and inclusion in the advertising industry. She is an active board member of an organization called BLAC (Black Leaders and Creators), which focuses on facilitating opportunities for Black individuals to enter and excel in the advertising field.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the advertising industry, Ashley Richardson-George was named a member of the Adweek 50. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who work behind the scenes to drive substantial growth within their respective organizations. The Adweek 50 distinction underscores her role as a vital force in keeping organizations running smoothly and efficiently, supporting the success of brands and CEOs alike.

Her Industry success and leadership has been recognized by winning a Clio Key Art Award, several Shorty Awards, while being featured in Advertising Age and being an opinion contributor for Adweek. ARG also believes it is essential to continue her growth and footprint in the advertising industry through mentoring and networking the under represented be it women, people of color or the overlooked voices not being represented at the table of life. She’s currently a mentor as a part of Skidmore College’s Kenneth A. Freirich Business Plan Competition, Rye Country Day School’s Ramp Program, and 100 Rose’s from Concrete’s G.R.O.W.T.H Initiative.
